We want you to be happy with your PagaBags purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, send us an email at email@example.com.
If you're not satisfied with your PagaBags product for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days in an unused, resellable condition for a store credit. If you received an incorrect or damaged item or have any questions about the returns process, please contact us immediately.
We will send you an email once your return has been received, along with a code for your store credit. Please be sure to take note of your return tracking number so you can track your package.
You can exchange your PagaBags product for any other item. Post the package to us, and we will send the new item to you at no additional shipping charge. If the item is of lesser value, we will provide you with a store credit as well.
Please note that if you are sending us a return from outside of Europe, you should write “Goods returned under warranty” on the package to avoid incurring customs charges.
