All our products are hand-made in Burkina Faso.  If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, or if for some other reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately at contact@pagabags.com.

Return - Exchange Policy

You have 30 days to return your order whether for an exchange or reimbursement

We will send you an email once your return has been received, along with a code for your store credit. Please be sure to take note of your return tracking number so you can track your package.

You can exchange your PagaBags product for any other item. Post the package to us, and we will send the new item to you at no additional shipping charge and you will receive a credit towards your next order for the amount of the shipping you paid to return your PagaBag.

Please note that if you are sending us a return from outside of Europe, you should write “Goods returned under warranty” on the package to avoid incurring customs charges.
